Kforce has a client seeking a Product Manager in New York, NY.Summary:The Data and Analytics Team is looking for a Product Manager to join the Analytics Center of Excellence, which is dedicated to organizing, analyzing, and communicating data as well as building technology solutions, in order to support and inform programmatic and operational efforts of the initiative. Reporting to the Analytics Center of Excellence Core Leader(s) in the Data and Analytics Team, the Product Manager will oversee and manage the creation and implementation of product roadmaps and solutions for the evaluation, improvement and effectiveness of analytics and reporting.Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supervising and coaching assigned Business Analysts working in assigned business subject area(s) and relevant products/systems to lead comprehensive and well-planned assessments and execution of product/system enhancements or developments
  • Leading specialized complex and difficult analyses related to specialized problems in assigned business area(s), providing assistance with deciding business logic, understanding technical requirements, and making logic updates
  • Defining product roadmaps based on Data and Analytics Team and Executive Sponsor's strategy and vision
  • Developing business requirements, user stories, and product wireframes that can be used to create product specifications and architecture
  • Manages prioritization for requested product enhancements and/or developments for their product portfolio
  • Proactively identifying, escalating and resolving issues that are blocking product development and liaising with key stakeholders and appropriate leadership to advocate for completion of the most impactful solutions
  • Obtaining sign-off for the product across key internal and external partners and stakeholders


  • A Master's degree in Health or Business Administration or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university, or a satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education and/or experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a large organization or in a technical capacity
  • 3+ years of experience in the health care industry
  • Front-end development experience of technical solutions
  • Understanding of back-end data infrastructure and management
  • Proficient with data analysis tools, including but not limited to SQL, Excel, and SaaS
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver large projects on tight deadlines
  • Ability to establish and manage a set of key metrics and goals
  • Presents well with strong written and oral communication skills necessary to articulate complex themes in a simple manner
