CALSTART is #Hiring a Product Manager to join our Salesforce Team. Qualified candidates will have experience gathering business requirements, creating technical work plans, and rallying other team members bring projects to life. The person in this role will have a passion for issues that impact climate change.

Additionally, the Product Manager will:

  • Translate business strategy and business needs into technical requirements, system architecture, and process models.
  • Work with Salesforce admins and data team to deliver quality products on time.
  • Engage users, partners, and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic objectives.
  • Manage product backlog and sprint priority including creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria.
  • Own the product roadmap for all CALSTART Salesforce instances and other Incentive Processing and Fleet Technical Assistance tools.

Minimum Qualifications / Education
  • 3+ years of product management or equivalent technology experience with a proven track record of building awesome platforms and/or products from concept to delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap
  • CRM development design patterns
  • Bachelor's Degree
Desired Certifications
  • Salesforce admin or developer experience
  • Use of JIRA with agile software development methodologies
  • Understanding of Salesforce development methodologies.
  • Strong preference for declarative-first approach.
