Product Function Engineer

LOCATIONS: BFG4 Fort Wayne Facility
MISSION : Defines the green models and pilots industrialization of products in order to meet tires CDC (product and industrial performances, cost and lead time) and to be in time on the market.
Conducts root cause analysis and develops actions to resolve manufacturing and design issues.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• A robust tire that meets expectations in terms of architecture, quality, standardization and timing,
• Quality planning (R2 and R3 risks management) for industrialization of dimensions with new and/or complexes architectures,
• Plant assistance for problem solving,
• Management of projects with limited stakes.
