GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This job title is responsible for assisting the procurement department with daily functions in the new asset processes.  Moving and verifying of new assets and modifications of existing assets.  This position reports to the Procurement Supervisor and/or the Procurement Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unloading and loading trucks using forklift and overhead crane
• Moving tools in shop using forklift and overhead crane
• Transporting tools to and from various workstations on WSI campus using forklift
• Handheld power tool use
• Perform dimensional check on assets
• Steel stamp and stenciling of assets
• Create and review shipping and receiving paperwork for assets being loaded out or received in
• Review and upload certification documentation for assets
• Follow and adhere to QA/HSE policies and procedures
• Follow up on existing orders
• Other duties as assigned by superiors

EDUCTION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED
