Pre-Sell Associate

This position is responsible maximizing company sales and merchandising by executing Branch accountabilities within their territory.

Responsibilities include:

  • Solicit all potential accounts in their assigned area.
  • Ensure the distribution of all authorized products in all accounts in the territory. (Avoid out-of-stocks).
  • Ensure all employees rotate product in all accounts. Be especially cognizant of diet products as per Company policy.
  • Monitor drivers' store merchandising in the area of corporate brands, temporary racks, gondolas, visi-a-coolers, displays and vending equipment.
  • Sell in First Focus programs weekly.
  • Maximize the pricing and displays with all of our packages while remaining competitive.
  • Ensure that all accounts have P.O.P. and that it is properly displayed in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
  • Mark route books on a daily basis.
  • Work with all store personnel to increase space on all gondolas, racks, displays, and cooling equipment to maximize sales.
  • Must maintain a professional image per Company policy.
  • Develop good customer relations with store owners, managers, grocery managers, receivers and supervisors.
  • Book displays and insure execution according to our display execution calendar.
  • Follow safe work practices to eliminate/minimize personal injury and damage to Company property. Safety is an integral part of each job and each employee is responsible for safety as part of their job performance.

Position Requirements:

  • Excellent written, communication, and math skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PP)
