Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of PMO Analyst within our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Take over, update, deliver, maintain, and execute the Risk Management Plan, the Issue Management Plan, the Communication Management Plan, M&O Monthly Dashboard, M&O Quarterly Status Report, Milestone Schedule Summary, Master Contact and Informational Database, and other contract deliverables.
  • Track, manage, escalate and report on all project issues in compliance with the defined escalation process.
  • Identify, track and manage risks in accordance with the Risk and Issue Management Plan.
  • Report changes to risks or risk-related activities in the M&O Status Report and weekly M&O Status meeting.
  • Track, manage and report on project decisions.
  • Maintain effective and transparent communication channels with the State and system stakeholders.
  • Attend weekly project status meetings and summarize the status of active work plans and release management activities, schedule, and progress.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings, conferences, and teleconference calls, attend monthly regional meetings, periodic presentations and meetings with internal and external system stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience, in a client-facing role
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Demonstrated follow-through and independence in tackling assigned work
  • Proactive engagement and a focus on continuous improvement in our services to clients
  • Poise and professionalism
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint) and related tools
  • Graphic design skills desired but not essential
  • Bachelor's degree

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $56,700 to $87,900.
