Plant Manager (Sawyer, OK) *Title:* Plant Manager
*Location:* Sawyer, OK (We also have Plant Manager positions available in Indiana, Washington, Colorado, Maryland, Iowa, and California)
*Salary:* $110,000 - $160,000 + Bonus

What You Will Be Doing - You will lead and manage all aspects of our Plant - safety efforts, site planning, pit development, quality control, and maintenance functions
- You will be responsible for asset protection, financial evaluation, budgeting/ cost control, plant personnel, and more
- Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental policies and guidelines + regulatory compliance
What You Need for this Position - BS Degree or better in Engineering (preferably Civil or Mining) field or equivalent work experience
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of Plant Management experience (in the mining industry would be a huge bonus)
- Working knowledge of MSHA regulations
- You should have a solid understanding of aggregate processing and equipment
