Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a *fully Remote* Texas Licensed Physician for an opening with one of our top healthcare clients in the Dallas area!

• Schedule: 8-10 hours per month on average

-Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in state of Texas, but Physician DOES NOT have to reside in licensure state

Job Description:

The Supervising Physician (SP) for Clinical Advanced Practice Professionals will be a contracted state appropriate licensed family medicine physician who will perform necessary supervision of nurse practitioner clinical support and required medical record chart review.

Responsibilities:

Tasks -

• Medical review of Care Connections Nurse Practitioners' medical record documentation and subjective, objective, assessment and planning for each patient.
• Provide feedback to Nurse Practitioners about areas of question and or improvements needed.
• Provide telephonic support to field Nurse Practitioners
• Report untoward clinical deficiencies to the National Care Connections Medical Director
• Complete Clinical Assessment form within the required timeframe.

Deliverables -

• Complete necessary credentialing, sign Supervising Physician Agreement with each assigned NP
• Complete necessary training for the recordation in Epic.
• Review of ten percent (10%) representative sample of all assigned NP charts within required time frame.
• Provide feedback via EPIC or HIPAA compliant telecommunication if necessary to NP with a copy to the Care Connections Medical Director.
• Provide feedback via EPIC or HIPAA compliant telecommunication if necessary to NP with a copy to the Care Connections Medical Director for Urgent or Emergent concerns.
• Complete quality review form in EPIC for each NP being supervised.
• Enter hours worked and information into Beeline System.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in the state of TX, but Physician DOES NOT have to reside in licensure state
• Preferred Board Specialty: Family Medicine
• Preferred EMR Experience EPIC
• 8 - 10 hours expected on average per month
