Description: Our client is currently seeking Zone Support for a Covid-19 Vaccination Site in Phoenix, AZ!
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Zone Support providers have a great deal of interaction with patients, and are expected to be friendly, patient and informative.
- Zone Support will greet patients, guide them through next steps of drive-thru, mark windshields, fill out vaccination cards, as well as flag/direct traffic.
- Zone Support personnel will work in a variety of operation zones throughout the site including: patient check-in, patient data verification, registration of same-day appts., and 2nd appt. scheduling.
- Great customer service + communication skills
- Comfortable using ipad + learning appointment scheduling system
- Capable of standing outside on asphalt for 4+hrs
