Payroll Manager - Remote/Cambridge, MA
We are currently working with a biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Cambridge, MA that is seeking a Payroll Manager to support their organization on a contract basis. The estimated duration for this contract is 3 months, however it could extend. This role can sit remotely, but ideal applicants reside in the greater Boston area.
Responsibilities:
- Process multi-state payroll for 300-400 employees
- Maintain employee records regarding withholdings, direct deposits, terms, and new hires
- Implement proper taxation of employee benefits
- Respond to tax notices
- Process year-end reporting
- Provide customer service to resolve employee issues related to payroll
- Provide support to internal and external audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7+ years of payroll experience
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus!
