Job Summary:
- Washes all cooking utensils using proper sanitation methods.
- Ensures all utensils on the clean rack are clean and sanitized and water in pot sinks is changed at proper time.
- Makes sure station is cleaned and left in good condition.
- Follows proper sanitation procedures.
- Puts away all cleaned utensils and ensures all items are put in proper area.
- Straightens shelves at end of shift.
- Assists on patient trayline when necessary
- High school diploma or equivalency is preferred.
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend English is necessary.
- Ability to follow instructions is necessary.
