We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Non-Profit Outsourced Accounting Senior Consultant to join our team in the Managed Services and Outsourced Accounting team.

YOUR TEAM

The group works with the office of the CFO function from startups to middle market to upper middle market companies. We help CFOs navigate strategic, operational, and accounting challenges. We regularly assist them in preparing for a public or a private transaction and work closely with the M&A group in providing pre and post-transaction support. YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Perform month end close process, including the reconciliation and/or review of bank and investment statements, fixed asset schedules, and other GL account reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the accounting operations within various client organizations, including client accounting software systems.
  • Provide mentoring and training to staff level consultants
  • Review work performed by Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable consultants to ensure proper coding and timely entry.
  • Preparation of audit schedules, confirmation letters, etc.
  • Perform other client responsibilities as assigned
YOUR EXPERIENCE.

Successful Candidate will have:
    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred but not required.
    • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience.
    • Ability to work independently on client assignments.
    • Strong time management, organizational, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
