Description: Our client is currently seeking a Network Real Estate Specialist for the Columbus OH market.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- end-to-end responsibility to develop, implement and manage all real estate and regulatory requirements for cell site locations.
- Current experience in dealing with real estate requirements for wireless facilities.
- Five or more years of real estate experience in the wireless industry.
- A thorough understanding of NEPA/SHPO, NPA, zoning filings, FAA determinations/requirements.
- Five or more years of experience ordering surveys, environmental reviews, NEPA/SHPO, and negotiating cell site leases.
- Exceptional Excel skills
