Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

Cradlepoint is actively seeking a National Partner Manager to join our sales team with a focus on selling to some of the largest Cable Operators in USA. This is a very high-profile role and will be focused on winning new business and growing existing revenue in the mobile connectivity, 4G/5G/PLTE networking and SD-WAN business. The candidate will need to build a sales plan to target and grow current and new MSOs and wireline carrier business. The role will include hunting for new opportunities within established accounts while also targeting new MSOs.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead weekly sales supply chain calls with customers and internal resources
  • Weekly forecasting accuracy and use of CRM tools
  • Sales planning and execution with major accounts
  • Hunting new opportunities with existing accounts
  • Relationship management with all levels of customers
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Eight (8+) years of relevant sales experience with five (5+) years experience selling into cable operators, MSPs, IT departments, and/or technology integrators
  • Bachelor's Degree or massive amount of relevant experience (enough to offset degree)
  • Strong ability to understand both technical details and practical business application of how enterprises want to use different networking and connectivity solutions
  • Must demonstrate strategic thinking and thought leadership, as well as ability to lead initiatives through implementation
  • Exceptional analytical reasoning skills
  • Critical thinking skills to make intelligent and defendable decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills including ability to persuasively deliver presentations to senior executives, partners and customers
  • Fast executor, self-starter
  • Travel: Typically: 30%-50% with periods of higher or lower travel amounts- Also depends on city of hire
