Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist, Social and Seasonal Acquisition IMC will be part of the Acquisition IMC team and will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of acquisition advertising campaigns for Xfinity residential services (Xfinity TV, Internet, Streaming and Mobile), primarily targeted to non-Xfinity customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Acquisition IMC, this position will facilitate the implementation of a wide variety of creative executions that reflect the acquisition/demand generation strategy and support business goals - including, but not limited to social, TV, digital display, online video, print, and radio.Candidate must possess strong accountability and resolution, extreme attention to detail, strong planning and organizational skills, flexibility to react to market changes, ability to problem solve and collaborate across a wide variety of stakeholders, and should thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment. Candidate should also demonstrate an understanding of strategic marketing communications and brand-centric creative requirements to ensure high performing and on-brand creative output, and consistent campaign integration across all integrated marketing tactics. Agency experience is a plus.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Reports to and supports the Senior Manager, Social Acquisition IMC and also supports the Manager, Seasonal Acquisition IMC in executing dedicated social media acquisition campaigns and end-to-end marketing campaigns across TV, digital display, online video, print, radio and social tactics
  • Exercises strong understanding of product messaging guidelines and implements into all creative touchpoints
  • Work with agency partner(s) to manage campaign timelines, deliverables and feedback, ensuring all tactics are created and produced according to designated business needs and allocated budget
  • Organizes and maintains various marketing materials including, but not limited to, media plan-of-record, creative audits, final creative deliverables, assignment briefs and campaign recaps
  • Collaborates with internal partners as needed, including legal, division counterparts, product teams, etc.
  • Facilitate analytics, test plans, reporting, wrap-up readouts, etc. to assess impact and performance as needed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly to meet all deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A team player, who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a complex organization

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
