Rosen's Diversified, Inc., has an opportunity for a Marketing Specialist in Omaha, NE.

Job Summary
This office position is part of the Marketing and Communications Department and reports to the Marketing Manager. You will support various marketing efforts for our family of companies. In addition, this position works closely with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing calendars and campaigns while actively supplying social media and website support. It's essential to be organized in our fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and can work independently while being a part of a team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and design team on various projects
  • Manage multiple social media accounts for the company, which includes creating and maintaining a social media posting schedule, develop content across multiple platforms, and drive community and customer engagement
  • Support the marketing department with:
    • Competitive research
    • Maintain digital marketing analytics
    • Website(s) and platform(s) updates, maintenance, etc.
    • Industry analysis
    • Execution of marketing campaign
  • Intake projects from multiple business units:
    • Create detailed project briefs for the design team
    • Manage multiple design projects, keep projects on track, hold clients to delivery deadlines, and communicate timelines and limitations
    • Perform quality assurance and confirms project deliverables meet client expectations
    • Create and generate invoices
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, efficient responses, and timely deliverables
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors, print representatives, and campaign managers to ensure collaboration in project activities
  • Support company initiatives through the execution of the marketing strategy and brand campaign(s) across channels
  • Provide a fresh perspective, add value to projects, and exhibit a sense of ownership in work product

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related degree
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Experience in writing, editing, and publishing digital content across a variety of channels that adheres to brand style guidelines
  • Experience as an individual contributor
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of or work experience in Agribusiness
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs
  • Basic AP style knowledge with the ability to create attention-grabbing copy
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and social media
  • Critical thinking skills including, logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with all levels of management, colleagues, and vendors
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to work independently on multiple deadlines ensuring high quality deliverables while managing shifting responsibilities
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to tailor message to appropriate audience
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility in a constantly fast-evolving environment
  • Ability to adapt to modification and changes to project plans and/or marketing plans, demonstrating flexibility to implement new strategies, designs, and/or methodologies to accommodate changes
  • Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with all levels of management and external vendors
  • Driven, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to improve current marketing efforts
