As a Production Supervisor on our 2nd shift, you will supervise and facilitate shift activities of the manufacturing team while ensuring all safety, quality, and productivity targets and expectations are met. You'll use your manufacturing knowledge and expertise to help train team members and manage staff selection, performance, and development to ensure team competencies and capabilities to reach production goals. You'll help the team reach their goals by attending to personnel issues, including employee coaching, counseling, or disciplinary actions. You'll also be responsible for tracking material waste and resolving quality issues. Other duties include coordinating with other departments to satisfy customers' needs for product and resolution of defective product issues.

FLSA Status: Salaried/Exempt

Base Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Salary: $58-68K annually

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and direct work for team of employees as defined by business needs
  • Ensure the safety of all team members by maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing all safety standards
  • Achieve all production objectives through proper planning to meet production schedules and delivering high quality products, which meet specifications
  • Effectively interact with difficult and sensitive personnel situations using good judgment
  • Use LEAN techniques to reduce waste and engage employees to continuously improve manufacturing processes
  • Manage department budget creation and adherence
  • Establish and maintain new and ongoing vendor relationships
