The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious, Manager of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to lead operational oversight for a DaVita's revenue cycle team and related activities, and, in collaboration with other ROPS functions, to lead strategic initiatives to improve the team core operational metrics

    What will you do?

    • Develop and lead high performing teams responsible for critical aspects of Revenue operations, such as cash collections, coverage setting, and bill submission

    • Make strategic business decisions and recommendations to minimize ROPS exceptions and maximized yield

    • Effectively communicate and present progress within portfolio to direct and senior leadership

    • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within revenue cycle and implement such changes

    • Execute short and long-term goals based on key performance metrics

    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that maximize yield and growth potential

    • Manage high performing team to performance expectations

    • Foster the DaVita way and sense of belonging

    You are a great candidate if you have:

    • Demonstrated aptitude for critical thinking and innovation

    • Nose for value and ability to diagnose complex problems and lead teams through small and large scale problem solving

    • Experience leading team through cross functional projects

    • Record of "Getting Stuff Done" while sifting through many competing priorities

    • Strong executive communication skills to present operational outcome to senior leadership

    • History of leading through relationship building, collaboration, and influence

    • Demonstrated ability to identify, coach, and develop talent and future leaders

What Skills Do you Bring to the Role?

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or related field

  • Strong quantitative skills, including model building and insight generation

  • 2+ years of related work experience or Master's degree

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
