Overview

Responsible for managing, maintaining and distributing the weekly forecast reports to the global FBS finance leads. Act as primary contact related to weekly questions during the week and monitoring completion of report. Assist Director, FPA, with analysis of weekly forecast results. Responsible for maintaining and preparing the Weekly Forecast Executive Summary, which is distributed to the CEO and CFO each week.

Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination, consolidation and evaluation of the annual OPC plan and any periodic updates to annual plan

• Central coordination for global FBS leads, including Supply Chain, in establishing OPC timelines, guidelines, assumptions, presentations and communication hubs between global organization.
• Assist with analytics used to support evaluation/validation of OPC - including target setting processes, development of scenarios, etc.
• Lead analytics related to FX impact on all forecasts and plans.
• Assist with all scenario developments to support guidance discussion.
• Lead Global OPC Balance Sheet/Cash Flow process- closely coordinating the OPC inputs between Treasury, Accounting, global FBS leads, GTS and Supply Chain finance. Develop templates and develop and present OPC to senior executive management and maintain oversight for consolidated reporting.
• Assist in preparation/validation of OPC presentation within Board Deck/Audit Deck materials, as necessary.

Assist in analysis and review of operating results

• Through the use of HFM, SAMBA, BI Reporting - proactively monitor and analyze financial performance versus prior year, guidance, consensus, etc.; assist in diving deep into the details of the weekly, monthly and quarterly operating results; investigate and communicate variances, trends and other metrics.
• Responsible for building (and presenting) the quarterly margin "bridges", 9 box financial dashboards, and other ad hoc dashboards which assist CFO/Investor Relations during earnings cycle. Liaise with other groups for data needed during earnings cycle.
• Validate all financial data presented externally and internally during earnings cycle (e.g. Board deck, earnings script, FAQ, etc.).

Financial Analytics

Support executive management (CEO/CFO) in providing ad hoc financial analytics from a consolidated global perspective on a monthly, quarterly and recurring basis.

• Facilitate and coordinate detail business level analytics with all FBS finance teams.
• Assist and lead the development of reporting (ad hoc and recurring) related to consolidated global analytics (i.e. scorecards, quarterly templates).

Qualifications

• Communication - ability to liaise with colleagues that support global FBS finance leads.
• Analytical - ability to analyze trends and look for exceptions; ability to isolate larger drivers of variances to plans; ability to construct forward looking models that incorporate key factors that will influence the outcome of business growth etc.
• Organization - ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment and bring those projects to completion on a timely basis
• Self-starter - ability to recognize business challenges and offer solutions without direction
• Bachelor Degree required; MBA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience within finance
