The Manager of Digital Products & User Experience provides leadership in the management of website optimization, analytics, reporting, and upgrades and is responsible for conversion optimization and program and product management of digital systems. The Manager works closely with other functional groups and assures smooth systems integrations and compliance with all corporate adopted industry standards, directions and best practices providing strategic recommendations to leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

  • Provide supervision, development/training and support of direct reports in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Responsibilities include assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

  • Provide daily management and oversight of mid-sized digital projects with a focus on best in class creative and UX

  • Work with agencies, IT and other departments to manage digital optimization projects

  • Ensure a fast, high-conversion, best-in-class e-commerce environment utilizing data to diagnose issues and provide recommendations on strategic enhancements

  • Plan and run optimizable A/B tests on to attain better UX and conversion metrics. Manage vendors associated with these tests.

  • Manage SEO related initiatives internally and with agencies and play a key role in the implementation of SEO updates

  • Work with marketing team to incorporate campaign strategies and promotions into WOW!'s digital properties

  • Identify website issues and bugs, assist in diagnosis and coordinate quick resolutions in a cross-functional environment, ultimately owning the process, resolution and communication to stakeholders

  • Management of all website content changes and updates

  • Ensure proper management and qualitative analysis of analytics on all websites

  • Performs quality assurance testing and supports development managers to make sure all issues are prioritized and addressed

  • Develop business requirements documentation and manage project scope

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, a related study, or equivalent experience

Experience/Skills Needed:

  • 5 years of experience in a corporate marketing or agency environment

  • 2+ years of direct management experience

  • 2+ years of managing sites with a CMS system

  • 2+ years working with google analytics and/or other analytics and reporting platforms, with the ability to generate meaningful reports that are used to drive enhancements

  • Agency and/or client-side experience managing deadline-dependent digital projects

  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a cross-functional and collaborative environment

  • Track record for remaining unbiased toward any specific technology or vendor, and for being more interested in results than personal preferences

  • Motivation that is focused on long-term results and achieving project, department and company objectives simultaneously

  • Must be able to work under pressure, along with demonstrating solid time management skills and demonstrate a winning attitude

The minimum base pay salary for this position is $85,000. Salary may be negotiable based on experience. The minimum salary does not include any other pay elements in which this position may be eligible.
