You will work on an ongoing basis with our largest customers to drive the utilization of the ThreatMetrix Digital Identity Network;creating positive business outcomes. You, and your team, will pair with Strategic Account Managers to identify and explore opportunities to leverage ThreatMetrix data and services to protect our customers from cybercriminals. Your team will present consultative solutions to a wide range of audiences, from executives to business owners, and maintain your position as a trusted advisor by constantly keeping your finger on the pulse of the customer. As leader, you will manage the Engagement team, while also being responsible for revenue and contribution margin.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Engagement Managers -Single points of contact for general consulting, incident reporting, and escalation for our most valuable customers, working in tandem with ThreatMetrix Support
  • Providing strategic oversight for ThreatMetrix project teams optimizing customers use cases
  • Advocating on behalf of your customers and professional services team with ThreatMetrix internal staff in Products and Engineering
  • Pairing with Strategic Account Managers to identify new follow-on sales opportunities
  • Some travel may be necessary
  • Develop models for resource planning, forecast and consumption as well as key performance metrics for project/program success
  • Establish rigorous execution discipline & communications process: risk management, mitigation, and tracking, schedule trends vs baseline, recovery actions, executive reporting & stakeholder communications
  • Mentor and develop your team following LexisNexis Risk Solution workflows

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of system integration within complex environments
  • 4 years of post-sales consulting experience in the security, fraud, or payments industry, especially with very large organizations
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
  • History of working with highly technical internal and external teams, then translating requirements and discoveries to non-technical decision makers
  • Bachelors degree in business, management, economics, statistics, or other analytical discipline, or equivalent- Masters will be preferred
  • Strong SQL Skills, higher order programming skills preferred
  • Fluency with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
  • History of working with highly technical internal and external teams, then translating requirements and discoveries to non-technical decision makers
  • A keen eye for detail, accuracy and strong critical thinking skills with advanced judgment capability
