The Manager Carelon Account Services is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation and serves as the operations leader for the Georgia Collaborative ASO account and direct reports.

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Directs and manages the administration of contractual requirements and obligations.
  • Manages the new and renewal implementation process for accounts.
  • Maintains ongoing account relationships. Makes recommendations for improvements to meet customer's expectations.
  • Identifies and addresses root cause and primary trends in order to initiate plans for correction and improvements.
  • Established plans to enhance operational collaboration and shared goals in order to achieve a high performing, cross-functional team.
  • Develops implementation processes and manages reporting processes to ensure high levels of account satisfaction and retention.
  • Provides both on-site and off-site customer service, including interpreting plan design, researching and resolving inquiries, claims, and enrollment issues.
  • Participates in efforts to support standardization across accounts.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of their team
Minimum Requirements
  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Travel may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Managed care experience
  • Operations experience
  • Program Management/Account Management
  • Master's Degree
  • Experience with the state of Georgia's mental health/developmental disabilities service continuum
