The Accounting Department has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Accounts Payable to work on the Medley Campus. The Manager, Accounts Payable manages all activities related to the accounts payable functions of the assigned division(s) to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Additionally, the Manager, Accounts Payable ensures timely payment of vendor invoices and expense vouchers while maintaining accurate records and controlled reports. Builds and maintains relationships with departments and vendors.

The Manager, Accounts Payable should be focused on optimizing department processes and building lasting relationships with others within and outside of the business. Daily reporting on OnBase Review Bi-Weekly Top 20 Vendor Accounts with staff Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for AP processes - productivity, PO balances, payments etc. Oversees Accounts Payable ERP systems for efficiency by reviewing- optimization and updates Create goals for annual and semi-annual employee review.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of business and management principles.
  • Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations.
  • Ability to establish department goals, and objectives that support the strategic plan.
  • Ability to effectively plan, delegate and/or supervise the work of others.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others.

Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.
