Key Responsibilities:
• Direct hourly employees to plan and manage maintenance programs and business metrics
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet daily goals
• Ensure effective employee relations through coaching and development; resolves employee relations matters, including complaints and grievances
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, maintenance and productions schedules in order to meet customer requirements
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment; trains employees as necessary and promptly investigations and reports safety concerns
• Lead ISO 14001 program
• Prepare periodic EHS documents for government agencies
• Inspect materials, product and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions and determine best corrective action
• Lead EHS audits
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a high-speed manufacturing facility
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility preferred
• Knowledge of electronics, automation, mechanics, hydraulics and TPM systems. Experience with Allen Bradley or related PLCs/Controls preferred
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean or other improvement philosophies desireable
• SAP experience preferred
