Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc. Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Machine Operators will be responsible for individuals serving in this role will operate multiple machines of similar type simultaneously and will also perform packing duties associated with the parts these machines product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand start-up, shut down, and operational procedures for assigned machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic system faults
• Escalate maintenance needs to assigned shift's Team Leader
• Maintain machine production at or above assigned operational efficiency targets
• Escalate and document safety concerns. Exercise stop-work authority
• Interface and coordinate with Production Technician for advanced machine adjustments
• Coordinate production quality checks with the Quality Controller assigned to that shift
• Package all produced parts into appropriate shipping containers as per the applicable bill of materials
• Support management with continuous improvement initiatives
• Account for hourly production on the operations tracker
• Obtain certification as a Plastic or EPS Machine Operator prior to promotion to this grade

• The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $15.85 and $18.98. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
