Logical Security Compliance Engineer - USA/Canada

An exciting opportunity for an individual to engineer solutions to ensure all Logical Security activities within the Enterprise are carried out in compliance with Marsh McLennan's Information Security policies.

You will act to ensure that relevant controls are incorporated into the full product lifecycle, from engineering to onboarding into production then throughout its lifecycle until retirement.

The role will require you to report adherence to processes, compliance to policy and make recommendations on the Logical Security operational model.

This is a great role for someone who will continue to evaluate industry best practices and will make recommendations to improve existing framework at a detailed level to minimize risk to the firm.

We will count on you to:
  • Contribute to and support the development of the ongoing Logical Security strategy
  • Evaluate requirements of operational teams, design, engineer and implement solutions to address and ensure that engineering and operational processes align to security policies
  • Support the creation of blueprints relating to process & reporting
  • Leverage existing Logical Security tools to create a framework to measure & report upon compliance of activities carried out in line with existing processes
  • Review and make recommendations relating to tools that are utilized within Logical Security framework
  • Review the access and controls in the process of on boarding of new products which are dependent or utilize Logical Security
  • Contribute to and supporting the development of strategy, roadmaps and implementation plans for IAM
  • Navigate vendor relationships to understand product upgrades, patches and enhancements, as well impact of each to existing environments.

What you need to have:
  • Relevant experience in large corporates / multinational environment in delivery or operational roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to plan and organize your own time managing multiple work items
  • Ability to contribute to project deliverables using both agile and waterfall methodologies in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • In depth understanding of IAM/PAM best practices, leading IAM/PAM toolsets and IAM/PAM for On Premise and Cloud deployments

What makes you stand out:
  • Proven Engineer level Experience in a in large corporates / multinational environment
  • Experience working in the area of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) on premise and cloud-based technologies
  • Operational experience working with Linux & Unix
  • Experience of creating process workflows translating this into automation
  • Ability with Data analysis, meticulously merging data sources and presenting views with PowerBI
