What You Will Be Doing You will be working with Banking/Finance Team with the following responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents
- Proofreading
- E-file maintenance
- Client Intake
- Maintaining attorney's calendars
- General Administrative support
What You Need for this Position At least 3 years of experience with:
- -MUST HAVE- Banking/Commercial Finance Law admin duties
- Client Intake, Documentation, E-file maintenance, etc.
- MS Office Products - high proficiency
- Must be highly detailed & organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment
-Associates/Bachelors preferred but not required-
