Learning & Development Specialist

As an L&D Specialist at Mosaic, you'll join our team of outstanding talent development professionals as they provide learning structure and strategy to our entire organization. Day to day, you'll facilitate training programs, run and analyze reports, help drive learning initiatives, and partner with people across Mosaic on all things L&D. This position will design and deliver a variety of training programs, particularly those involving employee and leadership development and DEI.

Where You'll Work:

This is a hybrid role that is based out of our FishHawk office (located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive, Lithia, FL). Presently, our Learning team works 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remotely. You can expect to spend ~10% of your time traveling within the U.S. and Canada.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, coordinate, execute, manage and measure the effectiveness of employee development programs, student learning and leadership development programs
  • Provide analytical support for talent development programs, including creating and maintaining dashboards and metrics
  • Support the "Talent" pillar of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) by supporting learning opportunities that align with Mosaic's overall DEIB strategies
  • Effectively complete full cycle training activities, including needs assessment, planning and development, attendance recording, and evaluation
  • Engage learners to connect and retain content through examples, activities and questions
  • Utilize multiple learning modalities and solutions to engage diverse and global audiences
  • Develop and distribute reports related to leadership and employee development initiatives
  • Contribute to projects related to HR, learning, and D&I service delivery
  • Consult and partner with leaders and HR Partners to coordinate the implementation of student and talent development initiatives

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Prior experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related Human Resources area
  • Deep knowledge of talent development and general HR systems and processes
  • Experience delivering and executingtalent development programs
  • Experience with HR analytics and the ability to measure the impact of talent management programs
  • Experience delivering and executing HR projects, programs and process improvements
  • Advanced expert skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • The ability to build relationships with all levels and diverse groups of employees
  • Demonstrated project management, consultative, and process management skills.
  • Keen organization skills and a "self-starter" attitude
  • Experience presenting to and/or delivering training to large groups of people

  • Have a bachelor's degree in human resources, talent development, or a related field
