We are actively hiring for an Identity Management Engineer!

As a SailPoint/Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer you will be part of an Agile Technical Team responsible for coding, development tasks and technical documentation for a CIO initiative. Expectations include understanding and applying design and code best practices to ensure quality, operating in a fast-paced Agile work environment by identifying, estimating and completing tasks as well as anticipating risks, issues, blockers and mitigating strategies.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develops strategies and oversees implementation and updates of Identity and Access Management technologies

• Directs testing, piloting, documentation, monitoring and implementation planning for new IAM services and environments

• Leads engineering for points of integration between IAM technologies and other systems. Provides installation and integration guidance to the system development staff

• Develop the integration of applications on the SailPoint Platform

• Application On-boarding for built-in and custom connectors including development of build-map rules, before and after provisioning rules

• Documents developed solutions

• Resolve any issues highlighted during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing

• Resolve day to day technical issues

• Work closely with scrum team on regular basis about the status of the deployment and highlight any issues which may impact the project timeline

What would make us excited about you

• 5+ years programming experience in Java, XML, and JSON

• 3+ years experience with Eclipse, SQL, GIT, Postman, Fiddler

• 3+ years of IAM maintenance experience, including Active Directory

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SailPoint experience with implementation and development ideally including experience with IdentityIQ

Preferred Qualifications

• API programming experience (REST)

• Deep understanding of IT security principles

• Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills

• Solid understanding and practical experience of agile software development and continuous integration processes

• Precision and attention to details, willingness to learn

• Ability to work with a team of programmers

If performed in Colorado, this position has a(n) salary range of $103,900-$129,900 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 10% of eligible pay.
