Human Resources Supervisor

Purpose:
Administers all human resources and office management programs in support of organizational goals.
Duties:
* Serves as primary point of contact for all employees and exempt level supervisors
* In conjunction with Corporate Human Resources, provides counseling and resource assistance in the areas of policy, benefits, salary administration, training & development, and performance management
* Ensures local, state and federal HR compliance
* Creates and maintains personnel files
* Initiates personnel actions using HR Systems
* Recruiting -- posts jobs, sources and prescreens candidates, generates offer letters, partners with temporary staffing agencies, and coordinates external and internal job fairs
* Time and attendance processing and auditing
* Scheduling and tracking training hours for all employees
* Serves as a beacon of the organization's culture and works closely with the management team to drive awareness and attainment initiatives
* Advises all employees on matters of time & attendance, policy & procedure, benefits programs, FMLA, and Performance Improvement Plans
* Participates in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
* Office management duties including but not limited to:
o Vendor management
o Ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
o Administrative duties
* Various other duties as assigned

* Supervise entry-level administrative staff up to 2 direct reports (admin assistant, receptionist, etc.)
