The Human Resources (HR) Quality Analyst is a core member of Human Resources supporting HR Quality through data analytics, metrics, reports and process improvements. The HR Quality Analyst also has oversight of employee records, including systems enhancements. The HR Quality Analyst monitors and audits workforce data for new and existing hires in alignment with federal, state, industry and/or company standards. The HR Quality Analyst will support functional areas as assigned, including, but not limited to I-9 Quality, pre-employment services, etc.


Required Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or a related field (i.e. Information Systems) or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Required Minimum Experience:

Experience in a complex multi-site organization in an intermediate to large size organization (5,000 to 10,000 FTE's). Healthcare experience preferred. Two (2) years or more experience in a related field (i.e. HR, Quality legal, audit) with detail oriented/analytical work.

Required Minimum Skills:

• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and technical skills; knowledge in methods of data analysis and report writing and utilization of appropriate analytical tools. Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and technical skills; knowledge in methods of data analysis and report writing and utilization of appropriate analytical tools. • Ability to use good judgment and demonstrate discretion in the handling of confidential and or sensitive information. • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time to meet demanding timelines. • Ability to work accurately with employee data and records. • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of quality improvement models, healthcare systems and organizational behavior are important • Ability to manage multiple and varied projects. • Versatility with technology including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.). • Ability to build trust through organizational savvy and interpersonal skills, allowing for ease of collaboration and communication.
