Basic Job Functions:
- Must have a strong understanding of EEO, AAP, FMLA and other programs to ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and labor laws.
- Responsible for the recruitment & hiring process within the applicant tracking system. This will include work as the intermediary between staffing agencies and leadership as needed, attending jobs fairs, and assisting with outreach efforts.
- Provide teammate customer service for benefits programs including open enrollment and conducting new hire orientations and onboarding.
- This position will assist in ongoing teammate training and tracking of division and company policies and procedures.
- Assists with reviewing, processing, and filing benefit changes.
- Provide coverage for the switchboard as needed.
- Support & Backup the Payroll Administrator as needed, and other tasks as assigned by HR Supervisor and/or Controller.
