Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary-to-hire HRIS, Compensation, & Total Rewards Associate to support their team in Washington, DC!

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in the areas of compensation, benefits, and/or HRIS function.
  • 4+ years related experience (HRIS experience required, Workday experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including advanced Excel and MS Word.
  • Familiarity with base salary administration strategies, compensation best practices, and salary survey completion and interpretation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The Job:

  • Play a key role contributing to the compensation, rewards, and HRIS function as a member of the Total Rewards team.
  • Responsible for compensation reporting, consultations for salary recommendations, and market analysis.
  • Act as the primary point of contact within HR for Workday.
  • Collaborate with the IT department on business process improvement projects.
  • Test new configurations, run reports, enter data, approve tasks, and ensure compliance with all laws.
  • Administer rewards and recognition programs and oversee awards granted to staff and recommend enhancements.

This is a temporary to hire position that pays $34/hr-$38/hr when temporary and converts to $70K-$82K when made permanent. If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today with your resume in Microsoft Word format!
