Job Title: HR Director, Total Rewards & Operations

Job Summary:
The HR Director, Total Rewards & Operations is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive total rewards programs, ensuring HRIS system optimization, and maintaining compliance with legal and organizational standards. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively oversee compensation, benefits, HRIS functions, and compliance to support the organization's objectives and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation:
* Own and maintain company compensation structure program, ensuring it remains current with market trends and compliant with legal requirements.
* Lead the annual merit process, including design, communication, and execution.
* Oversee the design, communication, and execution of the annual Incentive Compensation Plan.
* Develop policies and initiatives to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company standards.
Benefits:
* Regularly benchmark benefits to ensure competitiveness in the market, monitor trends, and provide recommendations for improvements.
* Manage relationships with insurance brokers and benefit providers.
* Deliver relevant benefits communications to the workforce.
* Lead the annual Open Enrollment process, ensuring effective communication and understanding throughout the organization.
HRIS:
* Optimize HRIS processes, ensure data integrity.
* Drive focus on process improvement and efficiencies.
Compliance:
* Ensure HR processes are performed in compliance with legal and organizational requirements and standards.
* Oversee the completion of regulatory and company reporting requirements.
* Develop, communicate, sustain, and ensure adherence to HR policies and employee handbook.
* Ensure Harassment Training is completed and maintained in a compliant manner.
Strategic Leadership:
* Provide strategic direction for all HR total rewards and operations programs.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
* Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Change Management:
* Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
* Implement innovative HR practices and technologies to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, Master's degree a plus.
* Relevant certification (e.g., CEBS, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focusing on compensation, benefits, and compliance.

* Excellent communication skills including having the ability to effectively collaborate with peers, leadership and employees.
* Flexability to be a hands-on leader while also being able to think strategically.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to lead with influence.
* Knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
* Experience with change management.
* Proficiency in HRIS and data management; ADP Vantage experience a plus
* Mastery of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
