We'll be looking to you, at the director level, to direct and oversee the exceptionally talented Anti-Corruption compliance team. You will guide this group to deliver and support anti-corruption programs to meet the overall goals and strategies of the business globally. Your role will be to continue to develop three lines of defense by delivering continuous training, improving, implementing, and enforcing polices, and addressing complex issues. You will build relationships with the leadership team, participate in governance forums and provide analytical data to make recommendations of future strategies.

For such a critical role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. A law degree is a plus. Education or equivalent experience is required. You will need 8 years of experience in compliance, including at least 3 years in anti-corruption compliance investigations or related matters. International experience in compliance and anti-corruption is a must. You have up-to-date regulatory knowledge within the global market of financial services. A solid number of years of this experience must be at a managerial level too, where you have led teams across international locations. You will be consultative in your approach and have a persuasive manner to be able to resolve complex problems.

The annual gross base salary range is $149,313 -$248,855. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
