•As a Global PMO you would:
•Own the Zoetis Project Management 'journey' from start to finish
•Drive business process definition and execute robust change management program across the enterprise, translating concept into results
•Support senior leaders - including the Zoetis Executive Team ("ZET") - by using data derived from our Project Management tools - to facilitate prioritization and tradeoff decisions
•Provide continuous visibility to leadership teams and the ZET on the progress of critical projects
•Provide subject matter expertise across Zoetis for proper Project Management; develop templates, best practices to improve efficiency across the enterprise
•Help our teams with scoping, resourcing and execution of key projects
•Manage select projects critical enterprise-wide initiatives
•This role provides the project management support our organization needs as we continue to scale in size, evolve our priorities, and remain agile in the face of external uncertainty
Responsibilities
•Establish and document governance for the initiation and tracking of significant projects for Zoetis; apply methodology to all
•Drive implementation of guidance and own change management
•Understand interconnectivity of key repositories, data sources, and front-end / reporting capabilities
•Develop, implement, and maintain: 1) templates, processes, and tools to support project initiation, execution, and monitoring; 2) report on resource planning and utilization
•Support leadership in evaluating priorities and making tradeoff decisions
•Provide teams with guidance on best practices, including on setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
•Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting objectives, adhering to schedules, and meeting deadlines
•Evaluate project risks to ensure adequate escalation and mitigation
•Facilitate working sessions and provide a forum for colleagues to raise issues
•Provide regular visibility into projects and resourcing to leadership and executives through the development of dashboards
•Influence the maturity of project management capabilities across the company
Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree
•5+ years of experience in project/program management
•Prior experience managing transformation / change management programs
•Strong executive communication and presence (both written and verbal)
•Deep expertise in project management and resourcing tools, methodologies
•CAPM or PMP certification preferred
•Proven ability to coordinate and manage complex cross-business projects given multiple competing priorities or perspectives
•Strong professional presence with effective communication and presentation skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
•Strong analytical and organizational skills
•Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required; understanding of PowerBI preferred
