PURPOSE: Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements that meet the reporting requirements for Company senior management, as well as the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). Interact with various internal and external customers on a routine basis to provide accurate reporting of financial results and other deliverables. Assist in various strategic or business issues that arise on an ad hoc basis as directed by the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Controller, Director of Financial Reporting and/or Financial Reporting Managers.

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Responsible for consolidating the Company's financial statements, including loading and preparing journal entries utilizing Hyperion Financial Management (HFM);
  • Assist in preparation of the Company's SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 11-K, proxy);
  • Preparation of monthly close items such as the Statement of Cash Flows, Stock Compensation, EPS, etc.;
  • Preparation of the monthly accounting for the Company's pension plans and the annual benefit plan financial statements;
  • Work with internal and external auditors to facilitate annual audits / quarterly reviews;
  • Responsible for the accounting for various domestic and international holding companies utilizing SAP and HFM applications;
  • Perform financial statement variance analyses and other ad-hoc reporting as needed;
  • Assist in a variety of special projects focused on strategic and / or business issues;
  • Interact with all levels management and collaborate with subsidiary units across the globe and corporate personnel.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors degree with a major in Accounting;
  • 1-3 years public accounting experience with a CPA strongly preferred;
  • Must possess knowledge and understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting - consolidation accounting a plus;
  • Must be highly motivated and possess excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • Must possess a high degree of flexibility and demonstrate the ability to perform numerous tasks and assignments concurrently;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel and Power Point) essential, SAP and HFM knowledge a plus.
