We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our Finance team supporting our CNH Industrial Construction (CE) business unit.
This role can be located in our Burr Ridge, IL or Racine, WI corporate office and is eligible for our hybrid work environment working three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote/home office.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely and accurate consolidation of Financial best estimates, Forecasts, Budget, and Strategic business plans.
- Consistently meet month end consolidation of regional P&L and Inventory planning and reporting.
- Showcase collaboration and team skills working closely with Finance CE Brand Controllers, business, treasury, and corporate finance teams ensuring accuracy of forecasts, monthly actuals, annual budgets, and strategic business plans.
- Utilize strong finance technical acumen to analyze, research and educate leaders on identified variances between Actuals and Planning cycles, including the business reasons impacting the financial variances.
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations for various regional/CE brand management meetings.
- Participate in and lead special projects related to CE Finance and strategic planning studies.
- Perform ad hoc analysis for business managers, auditors, and management.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement in planning/forecasting processes.
- Other duties include, but are not limited to Journal entries, and performing other standard processes required to comply with company procedures and policy.
Annual compensation range is $71,000 - $102,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related technical field of study and 4+ years professional financial operations experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Oracle, SAP or Hyperion similar financial reporting system or tools.
