Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervisors must keep both the company goals and customer expectations in mind when overseeing daily operations. Act as liaison with American Airlines Real Estate Team and Department of Aviation. Represent the interest of Piedmont Airlines in the E Concourse Renovation Project. Oversight supervisor for vendor contracts including custodial, pest control, electrical, etc. Manage various facility projects and routine maintenance, ensuring a professional appearance for our customers. Over see and direct facility staff. Ensure building codes and regulations are met, including maintaining proper documentation. Administrative duties may include daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous management experience
  • Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite
  • Flexible Schedule

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of AOA environment
  • Project management experience
  • Major building construction experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

Work Environment:
  • Airport ramp environment, weather variations and elevated noise levels
  • Work weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts as needed

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent stooping, bending, walking, occasionally lifting to 50 pounds
