Demonstrating thorough, honest, and timely communication will be key for this role in building and maintaining relationships, positioning yourself as a valued partner both within and outside of our team. Building relationships based on open communication can be equally as important as an ability to create world-class design.
  • Mentorship and leadership skills will need to be a part of your toolbox as you will be responsible for inspiring and working with a team of designers. It will be expected that you will set purpose, remove roadblocks and drive design for your team.
  • Lastly, we are looking for boldness and authenticity. We are makers. As leaders in the fastest growing industry today we are not here to follow. We seek individuals with a voice and vision, who design with compassion and empathy. If you are a thoughtful and passionate leader who is looking to have real impact and make millions of customers lives better, come join our team.
