Location: Irving, TX
Salary: $65,000-$70,000
Description: JDP is seeking a Distribution Supervisor in Texas! The qualified candidate will work with several different departments of the company to achieve all goals.
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations
- Responsible for establishing a culture in the facility
- Manage distribution process to align with quality and food safety policies
- Ensure inventory is accurate and organized
- Work closely with the buying team
- Focus on CI and make recommendations to SCM on policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot all receiving and shipping complaints, find route cause and resolve the issue
- Work with other teams in the facility to meet long term performance goals
- Ensure the equipment and facility are in compliance with Federal, State OSHA and HACCP regulations
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years' warehouse experience required
- 2+ years supervisory experience required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Verbal and written English are mandatory
