Position Summary

***UNITED STATES / AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION***

MAG Aerospace is seeking a highly qualified Director of Training to support a large-scale Rotary Wing Aviation Training Program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Develops and employs strategies for training of Host Nation student base and fosters collaborative working relationships with internal and external counterparts to communicate and coordinate initiatives that support USG and Host Nation training initiatives.
  • Provides English Skills Development and various short-term customized aviation programs.
  • Provide leadership in curriculum development, academic assessment, strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Oversight of the following programs:
    • Rotary Wing Flight Instruction
    • Aircraft Maintenance
    • Air Traffic Control
    • Aircraft Crash
    • Fire and Rescue
Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Experience:
  • Two (2) Years - Required Experience in Program/Project Management
  • (Four (4) Years - Desired Experience in Program/Project Management)
Education:
  • BA/BS in logistics, engineering, or business
Clearance:
  • None required
Citizenship:
  • US Citizen
