Your Role

The duties of the Regional Head of Sales Training are to plan, conduct, coordinate, create, update and implement the KN Sales training program for the sales staff within the hemisphere using CoE and SSC resources.

Your Responsibilities

* part of the Regional Sales Leadership teams in the Hemispheres to consult on training and development related topics
* manage and support the execution of globally and regional aligned sales training programs
* identify training and development needs within Sales through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments, using the corporate Sales Skill Matrix.
* working together with all Regional Sales Training Managers and corporate sales training to produce programs that are beyond expectations to all relevant parties in the business
* support the development of global, regional and national induction programs and roll-out global role-specific development paths
* actively contributing in the creation of eLearning and blended learning programs
* take responsibility for regional BU/FU topics where she/he acts as a liaison manager to the subject matter experts, ensures updates and global distribution
* Pro-active stakeholder management on regional and national level
* considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program;
* producing training materials for in-house courses;
* amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;
* helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
* keeping up to date with developments in training and coaching by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses* announce and register upcoming courses in all available platforms (myKN, learning@KN etc.)
* conducting appraisals;
* devising and following up on individual learning plans;
* ensuring that all Regional and National Sales Staff has been trained and developed according to the minimum qualification level described the Sales Career Path
* evaluating individuals, training and development programs
* individual behaviour analysis and assessment
