Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Director of Sales in the Milton, PA area! The candidate will be responsible for achieving production sales volume and profit objectives. They will also coordinate sales programs, promotions and marketing events through Regional Sales Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities
- Conduct regular account business reviews
- Participate in group and corporate account food shows and buying conferences
- Communicate company pricing, promotions & marketing programs
- Coordinate sales activity of the Regional Managers
- Develop business with national chain accounts
- Negotiate marketing programs
- Monitor pricing and promotional offers from Regional Managers
- Train regional Sales Manages and brokers
- Manage travel expenses of Regional Sales Managers
- Develop business with manufacturer/industrial accounts
- Manage custom product development process
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree
- 10+ years food service sales experience
- Knowledge of food industry and foodservice
- Must be analytical
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Approximately 50% travel required
