Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Director of Manufacturing in Fresno, CA
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for key performance metrics covering all aspects of quality, output, efficiencies, and improvements.
- Work closely with the CEO and CFO to determine annual manufacturing objectives and initiatives.
- Lead the company in manufacturing technologies integration and process development.
- Strategic thinking and idea development about the direction of Manufacturing.
- Oversee and establish operating activities for manufacturing including production planning, scheduling, resource allocation of equipment and personnel, and materials.
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of manufacturing, ensuring alignment with company priorities, goals, and objectives.
