RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Data Analyst (Digital Analytics) in Merrimack, NH.The Value You Deliver:

• Empowering product managers, business leaders, and clients with measurable information to help drive business outcomes
• Providing insights to help shape product offerings and user experiences
• Fostering a culture of Measurements, Test & Learn, and Data-Driven Decision Making within the organization

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS in Statistics, Econometrics, or similar quantitative field; MS and formal training in analytics is a big plus
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, with a proven track record of delivering insights to business partners
• Experience developing usage and activity success metrics for user interactions with Web and Mobile platforms
• Domain Specialist with hands-on knowledge of the various tools, coding languages, and analysis methods that encompass the field; familiarity with statistics is a plus
• Demonstrated history of rapidly acquiring the business knowledge surrounding datasets across the broad spectrum of customer activity, demographics, and transactions
• Successful history of owning projects end-to-end and delivering business results
• An established past of working on project teams; knowledge of Agile ceremonies is a plus
• Highly competent in Adobe Analytics and Localytics; knowledge of Adobe Target and Firebase are a plus
• Strong in Hadoop and relational databases; knowledge of SAS and Snowflake is a plus
• Experienced with ETL, data integration and blending
• Skilled in SQL and Python; knowledge of Alteryx is a plus
• Sound grasp of statistical methods, including A/B testing, design of experiments, and trending; inferring causal relationships and customer segmentation techniques is a plus
• Hardworking in visualization design, dashboard development and effective story telling using data and insights, where knowledge of tools such as Tableau and Power BI is preferred
