General Description:
The Cybersecurity Manager manages and executes the corporate cybersecurity mission. This role manages the entire cybersecurity product ecosystem and conducts active protection and threat analysis with enterprise-wide monitoring of endpoints and networks. Performs management of baseline audits of usage of all information systems and provides feedback in the form of written and oral reports and metrics. Creates policies, performs data analysis, leads incident response process, reviews and recommends additional resources required to assure mission success.

General Duties:

  • This position reports directly to the CIO/CISO
  • Manage cybersecurity program in compliance with NIST 800-171 and CMMC requirements
  • Management, monitoring, and reporting of all enterprise cybersecurity products.
  • Manage security tools, provide system administrative support and maintain and upgrade tool sets.
  • Manage vulnerability assessment and remediation program.
  • Conduct regular security audits / assessments.
  • Collaborate with technical and threat intelligence analysts to provide indications and warnings, and contribute to predictive analysis of malicious activity
  • Analysis of network and system activity for anomalous or malicious actions.
  • Respond to cyber security incidents.
  • Document all activities during an incident and provide leadership with status updates during the life cycle of the incident
  • Perform risk assessment, develop and review system security plans (SSP), Plan of Action and milestones (POA&M), Security Control Assessment, Configuration Management Plan (CMP), Contingency Plans (CP), and other tasks and specific security documentation in accordance with appropriate NIST Special Publications or other industry standards/frameworks.

Must take and pass a drug test and background check.

Must be a US citizen.

5+ years
Required Certification:
Experience with FireEye products
Experience with Varonis product
Experience with Cisco security products
Office 365

Preferred Certifications:
One or More of the following:
Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
CAP, CASP+CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC,
CCNP Security
Cisco Certified Specialist - Network Security Firepower
Cisco Certified Specialist - Security Identity Management Implementation

Applicant will be subject to a security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a security clearance issued by the US Government. In addition to the security clearance, this position may require an additional background screening for base access.
