Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (EPAD004)

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Primary Function: To provide general administrative support to the customer service team and department managers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal is a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office® Suite applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project).
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Ability to manage and effectively prioritize workload with emphasis on multi-tasking capabilities.

  • Ability to become proficient with the following software programs: Accelerate, Vista Vision, Cisco Phone Answering System, I Square Foot

Responsibilities:
  • Create Warranties
  • Enter Transfer Orders (Accelerate Order Entry)
  • Simple Estimating (Stock Length Take Offs and Simple Elevations)
  • Printing Architectural Plans and Specifications
  • Answering Phones and Quickly Directing to the Right Person
  • Managing Sample Request
  • Enter orders into tracking sheets: (Customer Service and CDT Tracking Sheet)
  • Close Out Open Orders
  • Complete All Order Filing
  • Send out All UPS packages for Customer Service and Glass Door PM and CS Reps
  • Run Schedule Shipments reports and compile orders that are on credit hold, are drop shipments, pertain to shop drawings or engineering and send out notification to PM and CS Reps
