Description: Position: Customer Experience Designer
Location: 100% Remote

Type: Contract-Open

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with internal stakeholders to advocate for and promote a customer-centric culture, setting a clear vision on what good looks like for the customer
  • Champion the need for change, assesses change readiness and change management
  • Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on the customers behalf
  • Assist in identifying and prioritizing key customer pain points using data driven insights
  • Participate in ideation with cross-functional stakeholders to design ideal future state and cocreation activities with customers to ensure needs are met
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Journey / Experience / Service Mapping product design in a cross-functional organization
  • Experience with applying Design Thinking methodologies and/or a Human Centered Design
  • 3+ years experience with Journey Mapping tools
  • 3+ years experience assimilating and analyzing information pertaining to the customer experience
  • 3+ years experience driving and articulating customer centric change
