Description: Our client is currently seeking a Culture and Resource Manager in Fairfax, VA
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- This candidate will need at the minimum 1 year of HR experience but preferably 2-3 minimum. SHRM or other certification would be a plus. Experience with Isolved would also be preferred but not completely necessary. Additionally Costpoint experience would be desired but flexible as well. Essentially we are looking for someone who is "up and coming" and sharp who wants to learn and grow with the company. Someone who is innovative and a thinker who treats employees like a customer is a very important part of this role Attitude will be everything, someone that they can get along with it paramount.
